Will my breast implants ever be soft and natural looking?

I got a boob job in aug, its been what, about 10 or so months now, and they don't feel rock hard, but they don't feel soft,

when i poke them my skin still feels tight and kinda solid.

But a girlfriend of mine got breast augmentation a few months after and a larger size than me,

and her feel almost natural!

Im worried, i need answers!!

My grandma says its because im so skinny, but i doubt that's it.

I took vitamin E too,

but prob not as much as i should have,

my friend said she took hers as a routine in her day.

Is it to late for me to take vitamin E routinely?
