Don't bother. The human breast is over 90% fatty tissue, and there is no way to enlarge breasts outside of gaining weight or implants. No workout, cream, gel, or prayer can firm fat or turn it into muscle. There are breast "lifts" that can tighten the supporting muscles, but they're surgical too and don't enlarge or firm the breasts themselves.
