Can breast implants be re-positioned with routine manipulation?
Had saline implants 5 years ago and never was satisfied with their positioning. They are too far apart and I am looking into having them redone but wanted to know if it was possible to maneuver them closer together by doing the breast excercises that were recommended post-op.

No you cannot do that. They have to do that for you. If they could reposition themselves they would have gotten much lower like normal breasts do. My mom has them and from what I can tell they have not moved at all. *didn't mean that in a perverted way*
